High Frequency Thursdays - En Beat, Wairau

Feel the energy. Soak up the vibe. Thursdays at High Frequency are a whole mood.

This is your no-judgement zone—whether you’ve danced your whole life or you’re just here for the vibes, you’re welcome exactly as you are. We roll through 15+ choreographed tracks each class (don’t stress if you don’t nail it first time—picking it up is part of the fun).

We always recommend giving it 2–3 classes before you decide if it’s your thing... but honestly? With a playlist this good, you’ll probs be hooked after one.

It’s more than a dance fitness class—it’s a community. A space to sweat, laugh, meet new pals and shake off the day. The best kind of endorphin rush for your body and your mind.
